	Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives We recommend preparing a Will to appoint an executor and to direct how your estate will be distributed among your beneficiaries. In the event of physical or mental incapacity, we also recommend preparing a Power of Attorney and a Health Care Directive. The Power of Attorney appoints a trusted person to look after your financial affairs during your lifetime. The Health Care Directive appoints a proxy to make medical decisions if you cannot speak for yourself.
